Food Truck spots are available for rent by the day or by the month. Monthly rentals will take precedence once we are full. We offer electrical hook up due to a strict “No Generator” policy, trash receptacle and pick-up, potable drinking water hoses for tank filling, advertising on social media pages and website, and a great community who are engaged in the park and having a place to eat and hang out with their neighbors. All trucks must be Health Department certified and there will be no competing menu items.
Space will be available for Food Trucks renting spaces. Commissary will provide freezer, cooler and dry spaces as well as dish machine, prep tables, three tub sink and wastewater removal.
All vendor spaces will be different and therefore pricing is different by concept. Stationary items will be charged a percentage or flat fee per sale of item. The venue can be locked, and products left on site. Vendor set up space for “In and Out” vendors will have a $25 minimum but will be based on a percent or flat fee of sales. 25 AT MAIN is interested in purchasing certain goods at a discount for resale.
* Vendors need to submit an application for consideration
* Food trucks/trailers must be compatible with electric hook ups compliant with Shelby County. If your truck needs to be rewired to hook up properly that will be at owner’s expense. We can recommend an electrical contractor, but do not require they be used to re-wire.
* Food truck/trailer owners must sign a contract and have proper and current licenses and insurance.
